★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhelpful reception, they did not understand me and could not fulfil their own words. They said come back in 2 weeks if you're still unwell, yes I called them back and receptionist declined to make an appointment but told me to take paracetemol and drink liquids. What the hell kind of service is this?
How long more do we as patients registered there have to suffer? It has been more than 2 weeks, would it kill to give antibiotics or give an appointment to look at the patient again??
Extremely dissappointed.
