M	Miesje Barmes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn huisarts werkt niet op de vrijdag . Zijn patiënten kunnen dan bij deze praktijk terecht. Slecht, ongeïnteresseerd. In een woord.ik hoop dat ik niet meer op vrijdag ziek word, je wordt zo lang aan het lijntje gehouden dat het vanzelf weer maandag wordt en onverrichte zaken terug naar je eigen huisarts komt. Ik heb me maandag ziek moeten melden op mijn werk, had niet gehoeven. Bedankt. My GP does not work on Fridays. His patients can then go to this practice. Bad, uninterested. In a word. I hope I don't get sick on Friday anymore, you are kept on the line for so long that it will automatically become Monday again and unfinished business comes back to your own doctor. I had to report sick to work on Monday, I didn't have to. Thanks.

Ga je naar dokter de waal toe (waarnemend arts) vraag of je je daar kan laten inschrijven omdat je je meer begrepen voelt en word er gezegd als het in overleg gaat dan kan dat. Heb ik het geregeld met mijn dokter en bel je er voor. Word er gezegd dat ze dat niet doen. Nou bedankt dokter de waal. Had dat meteen gezegd dan had ik er niks voor gedaan. Zelfs voor vervangend arts zul je mij er niet meer zien. Very bad! If you go to Dr. de Waal (acting doctor) ask if you can register there because you feel more understood and if it is said if it is in consultation then that is possible. Have I arranged it with my doctor and will call you for it. They say they don't. Well thank you Dr. If I had said that right away, I wouldn't have done anything about it. You won't see me there even for a replacement doctor.

Hoge tonen tot schreeuwen en het gesprek zo snel als mogelijk afwimpelen is het gevoel die ik kreeg. Ondanks ik dit aangaf bleef deze mevrouw door schreeuwen en aangeven dat zij niets kon doen, de dokter er niet is en ik misschien teruggebeld zou worden. Is dit je vak of doe je het voor de kost? Dit is niet wat je verwacht van een huisartsen post. It is scandalous how I was spoken to this morning by Esra the assistant. Totally unsympathetic and empathetic. High tones to yelling and brushing off the conversation as quickly as possible is the feeling I got. Despite I pointed this out, this lady continued to scream and indicate that she couldn't do anything, the doctor is not there and I might be called back. Is this your job or do you do it for a living? This is not what you expect from a GP post.

I	Inês Almeida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total lack of interest in helping someone. The doctor did seem knowledgeable, but none of it was forthcoming. I would do a blood test, and then go to her. I would have to mention the blood test, point out what’s wrong and what I thought is the solution. As I don’t have medical studies, I don’t want to medicate myself. For psychological help, I got a trainee that was incompetent to downright harmful. This place should be closed down.

Anyways , they sent me home with my sick daughter because we were late and they sent me a bill of €10 as a present because I showed up late.
j	jedidi ahmed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad that the practice allows Trainees to do consultations. Trainee Caspar van der Rijst has never been helpful. A couple of weeks ago, he examined my daughter, 3 yo, she was suffering pretty bad, with high fever reaching high 40's and she was having other symptoms as well. Of course, we got sent home with no medication. 2 days later, we went to the huisartsenpost, in the Boven'IJ Ziekenhuis, and we got antibiotics. After that our daughter felt better straight away. He has NO TRUST in what his patients say. A word of advice to him: Parents know their children. Multiple times we don't even take her to the doctor, because we know she will be fine, but whenever parents do take their children to the doctor, they should be at least heard. It is such a pity, because Dr De Waal is a great doctor!!
