Der Arzt war freundlich und kurz angebunden, was ggf. an der Sprachlichen Barriere lag. Auf Fragen ist er eingegangen. Alle haben sich bemüht deutsch zu sprechen, die Verständigung war also ok. Englisch wurde nicht gesprochen. Ich habe teure Medikamente aus der eigenen Apotheke verschrieben bekommen. The receptionist did not let me sit in the waiting room for an hour despite massive pain. The communication with her was unpleasant. The doctor was friendly and brief, which was possibly due to the language barrier. He has received questions. Everyone tried to speak German, the communication was ok. English was not spoken. I have been prescribed expensive medication from my own pharmacy.

Die Behandlung selbst war mehr als gewissenhaft. Der Arzt war empathisch, ruhig, angenehm und kompetent. Wir hatten ein super Gefühl und fühlten uns bestens beraten. Die Kommunikation lief weitestgehend auf deutsch. Parkplätze im Umfeld sind reichlich vorhanden. Danke an das Team für die unkomplizierte und professionelle Art. Everything went smoothly and easily. The treatment itself was more than conscientious. The doctor was empathetic, calm, pleasant, and competent. We had a great feeling and felt that we were well advised. The communication was largely in German. There are plenty of parking spaces in the area. Ich hatte Probleme mit meinem Ohr und habe schnell zwei Termine bekommen, um das Problem zu lösen. Da ich leider die Sprache noch nicht kann, haben wir problemlos Englisch und Deutsch gesprochen. Ich habe zwei Rechnungen und Quittungen bekommen die ich bei der Versicherung einreichen konnte. Bin also sehr zufrieden und mir wurde echt super geholfen. The entire team was very friendly and the doctor was really personable. I had problems with my ear and quickly got two appointments to resolve the problem. Since I unfortunately can't speak the language yet, we spoke English and German without any problems. I received two bills and receipts that I could submit to the insurance company. So I am very satisfied and I received really great help.
