Vriendelijke huisartsen, luisteren echt naar je verhaal en nemen de tijd voor je. Fijn dat je niet direct wordt doodgegooid met allemaal pillen en middels om de symptomen te bestrijden, wat tegenwoordig bij gewone artsen met het minste of geringste al wordt gedaan. Maargoed, daarvoor is het natuurlijk ook een homeopathische huisarts.

Friendly and good care, but in pandemic times it is worrying to see many people, staff and patients, in close confinements without masks or any proper ventilation.

Very bad experience, and I am not the only one. I changed doctor last week, so happy about it. - Couple of years ago I feinted at work. My colleagues called the doctor to inform that I was coming from Amsterdam with a taxi to be checked on,a bit like an emergency. We arrived, he was already gone, despite our call. I arrived at 5.05 and he normally leaves at 5.00.... - Since 5 months already, I have been diagnosed with the Tietze syndrom. Even with increasing symptoms, nothing was done to help me to recover. Really NOTHING. I had to come up myself with potential solutions, or potentials specialists that could help me. I sometimes had the feeling that I had to beg for referral letters for specialists. Apart from that, the only thing that was said to me "it's gonna go by itself, take paracetamol" but the perfect opposite happened : it was increasing and getting worse all along these 5 months. I have the feeling that I lost precious time in the treatment of this syndrom (which my current doctor takes seriously). - About the doctor (female) who works with him : same style. I have family history with heart diseases and heart attacks. Despite my heart rushing once in a while and suffocating, she refused to give me a referral letter to go the cardiologist. She took the level of oxygen in my blood : that was it. The next day she called me to discuss it, since she had the feeling of being rude during our appointment. I didn't want to continue anything with her anyway, so I just let it go. - The assistants : a nightmare. Not willing to help. They make you understand that you're disturbing them. The latest memory : I called to get a blood test referral, requested by my chiropracteur (at least someone was ready to investigate my Tietze sydrom...). I asked the assistant on the phone to tick 5 criteria on the document to have them checked. Vitamins, mainly. I pick up the form 2 days after (it was apparently not possible to pick it up the same day though I called in the morning..) : only 1 out of the 5 criteria was ticked. Mistakes can happen to everyone. But in that case, I already spotted on the phone that she wasn't listening to me at all. She was even sighing when I was mentioning the criteria that had to be verified for the blood test. Unbelievable. Once again, the perfect expression of the service that they provide : not listening, leaving the patient totally self-managed. And not in a good way. In some words : avoid this place.
