Wordt veearts ofzo, maar ga leren met mensen om te gaan voor je er mee omgaat aub... denk er niet aan! I never want to leave my current doctors in Alkmaar for these bunglers, don't think about it! Become a vet or something, but learn to deal with people before you deal with them please... don't think about it!

Geen probleem met de artsen maar bellen leid vrijwel altijd tot niets mits het geen spoed is en de receptie is moeilijk bereikbaar als je binnenstapt. I've given this practice a lot of opportunities but man man man. No problem with the doctors, but calling almost always leads to nothing if it is not an emergency and the reception is difficult to reach when you enter.

Maar als ik in me gelijk komt te staan, kan deze toko sluiten en bepaalde artsen NOOIT meer aan de bak komen... Klaar met deze fiasco!!! Ga je werk goed doen, je verdient niet voor niets tussen de 5 ruggen in de maand als het niet meer is, en mensen maar creperen!!! Damn, time to call in the disciplinary committee? Then it only costs 50 euros. But if I'm right, this shop can close and certain doctors NEVER get a job again... Done with this fiasco!!! Go do your job well, you earn between 5 guilders a month for nothing, and people just perish!!!
P	P Sh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service- Unprofessional Just got off the phone with staff. She requires me to call just everyday to see if the request that I have made to the doctor has gone through. When I asked her why she does not call me once ready, she said "we are busy and we forget!". This is very unprofessional and in fact dangerous when you think that people's lives are at the hand of a bunch of poorly trained staff that think by mistreating people and pushing them around can get by. To be clear, we are paying for their salaries and insurance premiums and such a behavior is unacceptable. For you information, this is NOT the first time that we are being treated poorly at this office. In fact, I would like to file a complaint against them to the highest authorities. Please feel free to guide me by providing leads on this. With best regards Update 10-9-2020: I saw several missed calls while at work but could not pick up. Finally I picked up: it was the doctor! I was glad that finally she will hear my voice - but guess what? she was upset that I have written this review and suggested that I find another doctor! Well, indeed I gladly change my doctor :) The unfortunate fact that neither the doctor nor her staff want to listen to patients concern and improve their practice is totally disgraceful.
