Zeer tevreden.
 A very nice doctor with an honest and personal approach. The doctors take their time and think along with you about a complaint.

β β β β β De mens staat centraal.voor elk probleem wordt gezocht naar een oplossing.
Ik voel mij op mijn gemak en veilig bij ieder bezoek.
Gezien mijn hoge leeftijd heb ik vele klachten maar ik krijg nooit het gevoel bij mijn bezoeken dat ik niet serieus wordt genomen.
Een fijne praktijk waar jong en oud zich thuis voelt.
Met de moderne middelen is de praktijk altijd goed bereikbaar.
People are central. A solution is sought for every problem.
I feel comfortable and safe with every visit.
Given my age I have many complaints but I never get the feeling on my visits that I am not taken seriously.
A great practice where young and old feel at home.
Practice is always easily accessible with modern means.

Unfortunately I am never helped here on time. Even with morning appointments, I often wait at least 20+ minutes. Spent another half hour today

β β β β β I'm visiting Huisartsenpraktijk de Plantage a few years already, and I've been always satisfied with the attitude that was provided by doctor Swart and his colleagues about my health questions.
Information that could be helpful:
Ones I had an appointment with a new doctor Mevr. Cremers. I've never met her before. It was my first and the last time appointment with her. The whole visit I felt an indifferent attitude and no desire at all to understand my issue, with which I was struggling quite a time. I had a quite controversial talk with her, and it ended up that she behaved in a really rude and unprofessional way with me. That was something really unexpected for me.
Currently, I just continue to visit other doctors in this praktijk and have no issues.

β β β β β I had been their patient for almost 2 years. Couple of cases:
1. I had a chronic pain in my leg which I visited 3 different doctors there, every time each tried to diminish the problem and told me to wait and see etc.
2. One day I had a pain in my left arm and the heart area that was very sudden and scary. I informed the doctor that one of my parents had a heart failure. After asking me on what I did on that day, he assumed that the pain was due to 'walking the dog' (even though I explained that I don't walk my dog on a leash). In the end he literally asked me 'what do I want him to do'. What a joke.
Overall the attitude of couple of the doctors was VERY SUBSTANDARD. I really don't understand why someone takes on a profession that they can't perform. I mean if you decide to become a doctor the least you can do is to pretend to care.

β β β β β I live very close by so I wanted to write myself in for longer time but that is not possible, so I will never get to know how the service is here unfortunately and I have to choose a doctor that lives further away. Not really convenient.

β β β β β What do you call a doctor that keeps on avoiding to see his patients?
Deplorable service and attitude. Our baby had a two week old cold, very serious chest cough and we could not seem to get to meet the doctor. A machine would redirect us over and over. We called their emergency line and hang up on us.
Hard to understand who their work for really, if not your patients.
