β β β β β Heeel slecht geregeld met alles, wacht tijd is altijd lang( moet je altijd minstens 15 minstens wachten of meer misschien) en die team daar zijn niet zo professionele. Dat is mijn eigen ervaring.
Very badly arranged with everything, waiting time is always long (you always have to wait at least 15 at least or more maybe) and those team there are not so professional. That is my own experience.

Niks in de computer zetten en achteraf zeggen: dat ga ik niet meer doen dat is fraude! En gewoon de telefoon ophangen.
Had dan gewoon je werk gedaan zoals iedereen dat doet of moet doen.
Tijdje geleden bij een afspraak kwam ik aan waren ze opeens verhuist zonder mededelen.
Als er iets mis kan gaan gebeurd dat hier wel.
Arrogante receptioniste die totaal geen empatie of medeleven heb met de client.
U kunt altijd een klacht indienen bij een onafhankelijke partij want alles wat scheef is proberen ze snel recht te trekken.

β β β β β Prima Huisarts Dr. Sluis aardig en veel begrip neemt de tijd voor je en ook vlot.
Assistente Carla ken ik aardig en was ook gek met Marja zij heeft een baan elders, gegund maar wel jammer.
Excellent GP Dr. Sluis nice and understanding takes the time for you and also smoothly.
I know assistant Carla well and was also crazy with Marja, she has a job elsewhere, but it is a pity.

β β β β β Valt er ook een negatieve ster de geven? Want als je ergens nΓet naar de dokter wilt dan is t hier. De 'dames' achter de receptie hebben t begrip en empathisch vermogen van een blok beton. Als je je beroerd voelt of erg geschrokken bent wil je geholpen worden. En een glimlach zien. Wat medeleven of tenminste begrip, misschien een hand op je arm. Nou, niet hier. Deze mensen vinden 'de regels' en eerst hun administratie bijwerken met je gegevens belangrijker dan hoe je je voelt. Doe jezelf een plezier en zoek nog even verder naar een huisarts(enpraktijk) waar ze wΓ©l empathie hebben als je je beroerd voelt.
Is there also a negative star to give? Because if you don't want to go to the doctor somewhere, it's here. The 'ladies' behind the reception have the understanding and empathy of a block of concrete. If you feel bad or are very shocked, you want to be helped. And see a smile. Some compassion or at least understanding, maybe a hand on your arm. Well, not here. These people find 'the rules' and first updating their administration with your data more important than how you feel. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a general practitioner (practice) where they do have empathy if you feel bad.

β β β β β Worst experience ever. My daughter broke her finger and their solution is to put her finger under running water until she gets attention from the doctor in charge. I refuse because my daughter is screaming in pain with the water hitting her finger and the "lady" kicks me out of the room in front of my own child. UNNACEPPABLE
