Ze weten wel wanneer ze pauze moeten houden en mensen af te kaffe met name een mokkel genaamd tamara. Beter letten jullie op met wat jullie doen en hoe jullie het doen. Dit is namelijk 1 van de redenen waarom mensen nooit naar huisarts gaan. Ze worden tog niet serieus genomen This practice I tell you People there have no idea what they are doing. Bel voor mijn zoon slijm zit vast en wat er uitkomt zit een beetje bloed bij verder niet ziek alleen veel keelpijn .zeg dat het geen corona is want heb nu net test afgenomen nee hij mag na het covidspreekuur ??? In wat voor maatschappij leven wij ,hou op met mensen in hokjes te plaatsen.moeten we eerst half dood zijn om een afspraak te krijgen te zot voor woorden.ps mijn man moest ook na het covidafspraak komen nee meneer geen covid u krijg iets voor de kriebelhoest mee maar 1 dag later aan het zuurstof in het ziekenhuis ik zou zeggen luister na de mensen en neem dan pas een beslissing The assistant cindy is sitting in the wrong chair, she has to sit in the doctor's chair. V	Vera Dekker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima praktijk. Veel van de slechte reviews hier is te wijten aan het feit dat de praktijk in Arnhem zuid ligt. Excellent practice. A lot of the bad reviews here are due to the fact that the practice is located in South Arnhem.
L	Liza Toonsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ een echte dokter werkt met hart en ziel aan zijn beroep maar deze praktijk zien ze de mensen liever zieker worden. Het duurt eeuwen voordat je iemand aan de telefoon krijgt. En de pauzes hier daar weten de oude dames wel raad mee. Het is meer een betaalde pauze 5 dagen in de week dan wat anders wand hier wordt het werk niet gedaan wat ze moeten doen. Het uitleggen van je klachten boeit ze ook niet. Er wordt altijd heel kill op geantwoord. en als je er zit moet je ff zelf met een oplossing komen met andere woorden ik ben op dat moment de dokter. Ze beseffen daar totaal niet hoe onbeleefd en onprofessioneel ze te werk gaan deze praktijk zou eens grondig nagetrokken moeten worden. Je hoeft geen assistentie te zijn of dokter zoek wat anders als je dat niet ligt maar ga mensen niet negeren met ergen klachten en pijn. Wand mensen komen niet bij jullie omdat ze er zoon plezier in zien. Maar jullie praktijk houdt van macht dat was al snel te zien jullie weten dat mensen niks kunnen doen en omdat veel mensen in Nederland niet weten wat ze daadwerkelijk moeten doen als jullie niet helpen met ernstige gezondheids klachten a real doctor works with heart and soul on his profession, but this practice they prefer to see people getting sicker. It takes ages to get someone on the phone. And the breaks here there, the old ladies know what to do with it. It's more of a paid break 5 days a week than anything else, here the work is not done as it should be. They don't care about explaining your complaints. The response is always very dead. and if you're there you have to come up with a solution yourself, in other words I'm the doctor at that time. They don't realize there at all how rude and unprofessional they work this practice should be thoroughly checked. You don't have to be assistance or a doctor, look for something else if you don't like it, but don't ignore people with severe complaints and pain. Wand people don't come to you because they see son fun in it. But your practice loves power that was soon seen you know that people can't do anything and because many people in the Netherlands don't know what to do if you don't help with serious health problems
A	Anneke v O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima praktijk! Vriendelijke en ervaren artsen. Bellen zelf als iets niet duidelijk is qua recept. Assistentes ook altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik kan praktijk Dovenetel zeker aanraden. Great practice! Friendly and experienced doctors. Call yourself if something is not clear in terms of recipe. Assistants also always friendly and helpful. I can certainly recommend Dovenetel practice.
t	tayna da silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb me nooit zo slecht gevoeld en niet gezien door een huisarts praktijk. Sins woensdag zwaar ontstoken amandelen, oorpijn, slechts voelend maar de praktijk neem de telefoon maar niet op. Telefoon word alleen maar opgenomen tijdens levensbedreigend levensgevaar. Never felt so bad and not seen by a GP practice. Since Wednesday heavily inflamed tonsils, earache, only feeling but practice do not pick up the phone. Phones are only answered during life-threatening danger.
D	Darius Nota Loka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think most has been said already, I've never had a more rude phone conversation than the one with these ladies. If you do not like working in this area of employment... Don't. Stop wasting people's time with your attitude and lack of empathy and knowledge.
K	Ki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nah, you can't make an appointment with them unless you're literally dying. They have too long of a break. So if you're sick, you better be sick when they're not at break. Pharmacists have attitudes. Not friendly and not helpful. Obviously..... It's worse when you're a foreigner and you asked them to 'please' speak English. Oh wait, sometimes the assistant does the same. That's why I always ask my partner whom is a native Dutch speaker to call them because they're so friendly then. Note that I can speak Dutch for daily conversation but obviously for matters like illness etc you feel more comfortable to speak in English so you make sure to feel that you explain properly.
