★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le docteur que j'ai rencontré était bien MAIS ils nous ont ponctionné 25 € / trimestre / personne ainsi que 10 € au titre du COVID.
Sans parler la langue difficile d'avoir des explications claires mais en discutant autour de moi personne d'autre ne fait ça !
Et quand on veut partir ils font la sourde oreille.
Je continue à recevoir des factures alors que j'ai changé de cabinet, c'est inadmissible.
The doctor I met was fine BUT they took 25 € / quarter / person and 10 € for COVID.
Without speaking the language difficult to have clear explanations but by discussing around me nobody else does that!
And when you want to leave they turn a deaf ear.
I continue to receive invoices even though I have changed practice, this is inadmissible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niks ten nadele van de artsen die hier werken, maar administratie en assistentie is beneden peil. Zo werd ik weggestuurd uit de rij wachtenden voor de griepprik, zonder enig commentaar over vervolgacties, houden de assistentes zich niet aan afspraken en reageren arrogant wanneer ze er op worden aangesproken. Je voelt je als patiënt totaal niet serieus genomen. Ik denk dat de artsen hier niets van weten, wat het alleen nog maar erger maakt.
Nothing to the detriment of the doctors who work here, but administration and assistance is poor. For example, I was sent off from the queue for the flu shot, without any comment about follow-up actions, the assistants do not keep to agreements and react arrogant when they are approached. As a patient you do not feel that you are taken seriously at all. I don't think the doctors know about this, which only makes it worse.
