I wish I can give no stat at all. Rude, very rude staff. They are so unorganized. Nobody answers the phone and when went there to clean their mess the receptionist were incredible rude and prejudiced. Expats, don't go to this doctors!

If you are an EXPAT, DO NOT VISIT THE INSULINDELAAN LOCATION with such an uncaring individual. I wish I could give 0 star. I have been having this horrible headache for 3 weeks. Ibobrufen helps briefly and then the pain returns and hence I decided to go see a 'doctor'. I realized that some of these 'doctors' in the Netherlands are really Google and WebMD doctors and I only visit when I'm really ill and nothing at home helps. On Feb 10, 2020, I had an appointment at 9:10AM by huisart Joossens. I missed the bus and decided to cycle to get to the office quicker instead of waiting 30 minutes for the next bus. I got there at 9:18(my appointments 9:10). The doc came out and called patients. I could understand that others were able to be on time for their appointment and I thought he would call me when he has seen all the patients. I sat in the waiting room and no call(for me that is). I saw when the 'last' patient left and hoped he would see me then. Point to note, there is NO RECEPTIONIST so one has to sit and wait. Anyone who cared would actually walk to the waiting room to see if a patient is there. It got to the point where I went to the receptionist for the physiotherapist to see if she could call the doc and inform him that I'm here. She claimed she could not(with an attitude) and right about then the 'doctor' came to the waiting room again and I asked if it was my turn. He was like, "You had an appointment an hour ago and you were not here...I can't see you. You have to make another appointment". I told him I was only about 8 minutes late. Bear in mind, that there was a 35 or so minutes wherein he no patient was in his office(I know this because I saw when the 'last' patient left. He stated he did not see me. That was a lie. I sat in the waiting room as he called the patients before me. Is it that I was invisible or I resembled the chairs in the waiting room for him not to see me even though I was in plain view? He can check his cameras and the the receptionist for the physiotherapy clinic can confirm that I got to the office about 9:18...about 8 minutes after the scheduled time. Of course I'm not going to make another appointment. I have a 6th sense that always warn me about things and when I was signing up as a new patient, I had my misgivings. Now, prior to this incident, there was another one. A couple months ago, I made an appointment to see the doc. They have 2 offices and I did not know that they automatically set your appointment for the main location. I went to the office at Insulindelaan and was waiting an hour and half and nobody came to the waiting room. It was the receptionist for the physiotherapy area who went to see the doc and I guess informed him that I'm waiting and then I was seen...I guess he enjoys sitting in the office without seeing any patients. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE INSULINDELAAN LOCATION with such an uncaring individual.

Rude secretaries!! These people really hate their job!

The staff is friendly but this is truly a factory. I have a different doctor every time and they do not really seem to care at all about you as a person. I think the impersonal way they treat you might be nice if you like anonymity or just want a quick subscription of whatever. Overal I would not recommend.

I needed to change the doctor due to moving but I wanted to leave my opinion here after being 3 years under care of this practice. I think it is a very fine practice. I was never rejected to come for a visit. Even in Corona times they had a back office for people with symptoms so they could be safely attended as well! I had also a very good experience when my son was born and he had some complains during first year of life. The hospital did not want to admit him and the HA pushed hospital to check my son ASAP. Once I also needed to use emergency line and we were invited fo the visit just at the moment. Of course... Some Dutch way of solving things and preventive medicine looks different than in my country so I would not give 5 stars so far to any gp practice but I think this one was one of the best I had.
