Good, engaged and positive doctors. Really solid practice. Sometimes gets very busy and appointments might take a day or two but in general very dynamic place.

THE WORST. Doctors get paid and they could not care less Don’t waste your time. You take appointments take time from your work to go to someone who does not want to do their job. They might have the skills to do it, they just are not motivated to do so and could not care less about patients

Appointments often get cancelled on the day. Prescriptions are not sent when they are said to be. Register somewhere else.

They refuse to investigate the Ivermectin ban, and defer to national authority, which deliberately suppresses ivermectin effect. Furthermore, in all my visits not once was I asked about my Magnesium or Iodine status, or my vitamin and mineral status in general. They do NO preventative health.

Had one good experience. However, when it came to assisting my handicapped partner, the doctor in charge did not give the adequate time of assessing the documents brought over despite it being translate from the appropriate gp. She did give an advice, find a doctor better for yourself. We will not be returning here

If you are registered here, fingers crossed for you that you don't die on the phone waiting to contact the doctor or get an appointment! I am aware that whole healthcare system is not at its best here in NL but this one seems particularly bad! EDIT on Feb 14th: I just received a call from them asking me about my original review above. They wanted to confirm that it is me and I confirmed. Then, they asked me to find a new GP since they don't trust me. This exactly proves my point that they do NOT care about the problem. In an ideal scenario, they will ask me what went wrong and how they can improve their service. It could really be the case that I am writing a wrong, untrue comment but at least you try to assess if this is the case. Very good way of keeping your satisfaction high = send unhappy people away rather than doing a check!

Left this place as a patient after many years, best decision made (regret that I didn’t leave sooner). Even as a Dutch person, knowing our health care is terrible, this is the worst medical practice I’ve experienced in my life. High cost, bad communication, no personal touch, inexperienced. Not fit for purpose; GPs and assistants. Are they even monitored or supervised by an authority?

This is sincerely the worst medical centre in Amsterdam. Please do not apply here. I have been a patience for 2 years, I tried to stay patience about this place only because I am aware of the Dutch medical system. I will tell you a little bit about my last year experience with this place. First of all, I get sick very often, specially tonsilitis (throat infection). To the point that I called in sick every month. So, I visited/called the GP very often. Last November Dr. Veth decided that my throat infection was viral (when you get a viral infection, such a covid, you should not take antibiotics. Usually, viral infections heal after a couple of days by its own). When he checked my throat, I had white spots all over my tonsils, I had fever 39C, I could not swallow anymore, I had extreme pain in my throat. All of these symptoms are signal of a bacterial infection (bacterial infections are treated with antibiotics). After 2 weeks of being extremely sick, I had to go emergency for the pain. The doctor was shocked when she saw my throat and prescribed me a very strong antibiotic. Two weeks after that I was still sick, my throat was still infected, so I visited Dr. Veth again. He approached me with the following question: “What do you expect from this appointment?” I said that I expected some professional medical advice to heal, I expect a treatment, please refer me to a specialist. He was offended by my reaction but finally gave a referral. I got my tonsils removed a month afterwards. The specialists were shocked about how it was possible that my GP did not send me to a specialist before. At this centrum, they will make you feel like you are exaggerating any symptom and you should just stay home until you feel better. Overlooking the risks, you might be going through.
