Linda meen ik... onze eigen doktor is op vakantie en ons kind loopt met een probleem waarvan ik niet kan inschatten wat het is en binnen 2 weken is het erger geworden. Een afspraak maken wimpelt ze “vakkundig” af, Oh meneer als uw kind er al 2 weken mee loop kan er nog wel een week bij waren haar LETTERLIJKE woorden! op de constatering dat ze zelf geen arts is en dit niet kan bepalen kon ik reken op de “wijze woorden” ja meneer het is druk.... Dit is bij mij persoonlijk al eens eerder gebeurd door dezelfde Receptioniste en mijn advies is om na te worden afgewimpeld en te hebben gediscussieerd gewoon naar de praktijk te gaan en plaats te nemen in de wachtruimte. Na een persoonlijke confrontatie is de doktor namelijk wel bereid je klachten serieus te nemen. Dit uiteraard op een vriendelijk doch duidelijke wijze. Zeer jammer van de praktijk want Dr. hidalgo is in mijn ogen een uitstekende doktor en heeft inlevingsvermogen. Incredibly poor and rude receptionist. Linda, I believe ... our own doctor is on vacation and our child is suffering from a problem that I cannot estimate what it is and within 2 weeks it has got worse. Making an appointment, she dismisses "professionally", Oh sir, if your child is already 2 weeks with it can still be a week there were her LETTERLY words! on the observation that she herself is not a doctor and cannot determine this I could count on the "wise words" yes sir it is busy .... This has already happened to me personally by the same Receptionist and my advice is to go to the practice and take a seat in the waiting room after being dismissed and discussed. After a personal confrontation, the doctor is willing to take your complaints seriously. This of course in a friendly but clear way. Very unfortunate because in practice dr. hidalgo is an excellent doctor in my opinion and has empathy.

Volgens assistente kan het niet, dokter heeft teveel patiënten. Moet over 3 weken contact opnemen met eigen huisarts. Schandalig. Niet de eerste keer. Ook een keer hetzelfde met klaplong dochter. Sit with big problem son. Going crazy with hearing problems. Would like an appointment with a doctor. For referral ENT doctor. According to assistant, it is not possible, doctor has too many patients. Must contact his own doctor in 3 weeks. Scandalous. Not the first time. Also the same once with collapsed daughter.

Al jaren mijn huisarts zou ook niet graag anders willen....ben zeer tevreden . Very good experience both the assistant and the doctor.I have a chronic condition.But I am always kindly spoken to. Or may come along as far as possible. For years my doctor would not like it any other way .... I am very satisfied.

Nog steeds niet helemaal beter, had liever naar een andere huisarts gegaan dat mag niet. Vervolgens heel onaardig te woord gestaan door assistente ik belde veelste laat (11:30) en voor die dag zaten ze al vol. Ze begon haar stem te verheffen aan de telefoon en leek mij niet verstandig om nog met haar in gesprek te gaan. Replacement doctor last week with son who has ear infection. Still not completely better, would rather have gone to another doctor that is not allowed. Then spoke very unkindly by assistant I called many times late (11:30) and for that day they were already full. She started to raise her voice on the phone and didn't think it wise to start talking to her.

Great practice, easily accessible, fantastic assistants and a very sweet and knowledgeable doctor. Definitely the nicest fellow GP I know!

B	Babyl Tahir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte huisarts en assistente. Je kan niet online inschrijven. Assistente geeft meteen aan dat er een mannelijke huisarts hier werkt. Wat raar is om mee te beginnen,ze heeft vooroordelen. Als je wil inschrijven eerst op intake komen ze zijn heel selectief en niet empathisch. Als je door een privé reden niet kan komen en je persoonlijk wil uitleggen met excuses dan word je geweigerd door de assistente. Niet laagdrempelig en ook niet empathisch wat wel hoort als je in de zorg werkt Bad doctor and assistant. You cannot register online. Assistant immediately indicates that a male doctor works here. Which is weird to begin with, she has prejudices. If you want to register first, they are very selective and not empathetic. If you cannot come for a private reason and you want to explain personally with an apology, you will be refused by the assistant. Not accessible and not empathetic, which is something you should do when you work in healthcare
