Een opsomming van problemen bij deze huisartspraktijk: telefonisch niet te bereiken, lange wachttijden en lopen altijd uit, onkundige artsen die vaak een collega erbij roepen (of je wordt neergezet bij een stagiaire, waar geen begeleiding bij aanwezig is), telkens zie je een andere arts, sommige artsen spreken zeer slecht Nederlands, oplossingen voor klachten worden niet geboden (pas na erg veel aandringen), je wordt meestal weggestuurd met "kijk het nog maar even aan", en recepten die de artsen uitschrijven komen letterlijk nooit in één keer aan bij de apotheek (je moet er telkens twee keer achteraan bellen naar de praktijk, zodat het recept wordt doorgestuurd). Kortom, ga alsjeblieft naar een andere praktijk!
A summary of problems at this general practice: cannot be reached by telephone, long waiting times and always delay, unskilled doctors who often call a colleague (or you are placed with a trainee, where no supervision is present), you see a different person each time doctor, some doctors speak very bad Dutch, solutions for complaints are not offered (only after a lot of insistence), you are usually sent away with "just look it up", and prescriptions that the doctors write out literally never arrive at once at the pharmacy (you have to call the practice twice at the end, so that the prescription is forwarded). In short, please go to another practice!

De artsen zijn goed en vriendelijk en heel kundig in hun vak. De vraag is alleen wanneer je ze ziet...artsen in opleiding googlen letterlijk waar je bij zit (hoort er tegenwoordig bij denk dan maar). Daarnaast is het maken van een afspraak naar mijn mening gewoon het makkelijkste als je langs gaat. (Wachttijd telefoon slaan nergens op) De balie medewerkers mogen ook wat vriendelijker maar dat komt volgens mij gewoon omdat ze het extreem druk hebben. Kortom goede artsen maar het plaatje er om heen is ruk.
The doctors are good and friendly and very skilled in their field. The only question is when you see them ... doctors in training literally google where you are (is part of it nowadays, just think). In addition, making an appointment in my opinion is simply the easiest when you visit. (Telephone waiting time does not make sense) The desk staff may also be more friendly, but I think that is simply because they are extremely busy. In short good doctors but the picture around it is jerk.

Prima geholpen door dokter van Hoogstraten. Ik vind de praktijk ook soepeler lopen dan een aantal jaren terug, duidelijk klantvriendelijker. Vooral zo doorgaan.
Excellent help from doctor van Hoogstraten. I also think the practice runs more smoothly than a few years ago, and is clearly more customer-friendly. Especially keep it up.

I visited tge doctor several times ,every time when i am making an appointment,they told me that they can't find me in the system. And i asked them to check again they found me. every time! And this time i am waiting for my report and called them, they said they can't find me again. Til now i don't have my report yet.

Very rude staff, waiting time over phone is always more than 30 minutes. We paid for real doctor but in my last 1 and half year its always student doctor met me. Everytime new stranger(intern or student) go through your medical history and you have to explain everything again from begining. No privacy. Senior doctor not aware of any new desease, medicines or treatment. Totally outdated. For everything he has to search and insisit you to take new appointments as he dont have time to search as they areusy. Their motto is not healing but making money by more appointments. Thier standard answer for everything is they are busy. I am wondering if Doctor would say he is busy to patiet in clinic then in what thing they are busy. In one instance Doctor refused to meet me as I was literally 5 minutes late though I have waited everytime 10 to 45 minutes in clinic for my turn. Its not a clinic of noble professioals. Its st money making shop.

Never on time, waiting time is always at least 20-30 min.The doctors have absolutely no expertise, they literally use google to look things up. I have not once had a proper examination/questioning here. At least, I always got the referral to the hospital where an actual competent person could do a test. Their only function is to be the gate keepers before you are able to see an actual specialist which is a waste of the patient's time.

Make an appointment in advance then go and visit a docter. Rude personal? Nope, dutch honesty and clear way of communication. I found the docter very competent. He helped me.

The receptionists are not English speakers so if your Dutch is weak it will take significant amount of time to arrange your follow-up appointments. The doctors are nice and friendly but they don't have enough experience and usually give the wrong diagnosis in the first time.
