★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter Philips heeft geen begrip en inlevingsvermogen voor zijn patiënten. Hij neemt een situatie/ziekte van de patiënt te lichtjes op, waardoor je het gevoel kan krijgen dat je niet serieus genomen wordt. Hij geeft op een kwade en onvriendelijke manier zijn mening over de gang van zaken. Mocht je toevallig door een invalhuisarts/huisarts in opleiding geholpen worden en dit verder wil bespreken met Dr. Phillipsen dan staat hij niet klaar om te helpen.
Als je een voorkeur hebt voor bepaalde medicijnen, en/of ziekenhuizen dan wordt er niet geluisterd naar je wensen en moet het gaan zoals hij dat graag wilt hebben. Mocht je als patiënt je mening willen geven hoe je de behandeling wilt hebben omdat je voorkeur daar naar uit gaat en niet anders, dan zal je verklaard worden als een slechte mens en wordt je al snel de deur uitgewezen.
 Doctor Philips has no understanding and empathy for his patients. He takes a situation / illness of the patient too lightly, so that you can get the feeling that you are not being taken seriously. He expresses his opinion about the course of events in an angry and unkind way. If you happen to be helped by a substitute doctor / general practitioner in training and want to discuss this further with Dr. Phillipsen then he is not ready to help.
If you have a preference for certain medicines and / or hospitals, your wishes will not be listened to and it must go the way he wants it to be. If you, as a patient, want to give your opinion on how you want the treatment because you prefer it and nothing else, you will be declared a bad person and you will soon be expelled.
