Als ik 5 keer in het jaar de huisarts nodig heb is het veel, maar ik krijg het voor elkaar om altijd iets te hebben als hij of op vakantie is. Of het is te druk of zijn assistente is bezig met "andere werkzaamheden". Ik probeer al 3 dagen een afspraak te maken. Telkens is de assistente niet beschikbaar of hang je meer dan 5 minuten in de wacht en dan geef je het maar op. Bel je een ruim half uur later terug is de assistente weer niet beschikbaar. Na 12 uur mag je sowieso alleen maar bellen als je spoed hebt, dus als je zoals ik in de horeca werkt en nooit voor 10 uur wakker bent omdat je altijd pas na 2 uur 's nachts in bed ligt heb je pech of moet je je natuurlijke nachtrust onderbreken en ben je twee uur bezig om überhaupt gehoord te worden. De communicatie is slecht, bij mij zijn ze nalatig geweest in het verschaffen van informatie over een toch best belangrijk onderzoek, waar ik pas na een jaar achter ben gekomen nadat ik gewisseld ben naar een andere huisarts die wel doorpakt en alle nodige informatie boven water wilde hebben. Bijna mijn hele leven heb ik hier gezeten bij dr Klompmaker, nooit klachten gehad maar zoals ik zeg, sinds een paar jaar is het niet meer wat het geweest is. Ik heb niet voor niets de overstap gemaakt naar een andere praktijk en heb na 1 bezoek daar al de grote verschillen ervaren.
