★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arts is goed, alleen als je nu belt (10:00) is de afspraken lijn niet beschikbaar vanwege de koffiepauze. Hoe lang die duurt, hoor je niet. De koffiepauze is wellicht elke dag op hetzelfde moment. best handig om dit ook op de website te vermelden. Verder kun je (theoretisch) ook online een afspraak maken. in de praktijk kom je niet verder dan het scherm waar je je naam en telefoon nummer kunt invullen. Op de pagina die daarop volgt, zou je moeten aangeven bij welke arts en wanneer je de afspraak wilt hebben, cq. een tijdstip kunt kiezen. Deze pagina is echter leeg. Online een afspraak maken, vergeet het maar. Dan zijn er 2 opties: de mogelijkheid tot online afspraak maken verwijderen of zorgen dat het werkt...
