★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze gaan om 17:00 uur dicht je belt om 15:00 uur en ze nemen niet op dan hoor je automatisch dat ze door administratieve reden de assistente nu niet bereikbaar is? Echt heel erg elke keer doen ze dit!
They close at 5:00 PM, you call at 3:00 PM and they don't answer, then you automatically hear that due to administrative reasons, the assistant is now unavailable? They really do this every time!
