★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze hebben het altijd te druk terwijl niemand er is en dan maken ze een afspraak voor je voor volgende week. Huisarts is laks en luistert totaal niet naar je en over de assistenten heb ik al helemaal geen goed woord die doen alsof je een afspraak bij de koning wilt. Ben gelijk weg hier
 They are always too busy when no one is there and then they make an appointment for you for next week. General practitioner is lax and does not listen to you at all and I certainly do not have a good word about the assistants who pretend you want an appointment with the king. Get out of here right away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor mijn moeder die in het ziekenhuis ligt en met spoed specialistische voeding nodig heeft die alleen via de huisarts aangevraagd kan worden, stuit ik op een assistente die me niet wil helpen: "u mag in de middag alleen bellen voor zaken die echt niet kunnen wachten". Als ze bereid was om naar mijn verhaal te luisteren, zou ze m.i. van mening veranderen. Maar ze komt niet verder dan een halsstarrig: "u moet morgen terugbellen".

If she was willing to listen to my story, I would change her mind. But she gets no further than a stubborn "you have to call back tomorrow".
