β β β β β Helaas dezelfde ervaring als hieronder al vermeld staat. Wanneer je ongerust en bezorgd opbelt (nadat je net heel diep in je vinger hebt gesneden en het bloed eruit loopt) en afgesnauwd wordt door de assistente is dat gewoon bizar.Volgens mij moet je als medewerker van een huisartsenpraktijk op zijn minst empathies vermogen hebben en met mensen mee kunnen denken.
Gelukkig kon ik bij huisartsenpraktijk Baardwijk direct terecht en hebben ze mijn vinger daar gehecht.

β β β β β Ik ben jaren patiΓ«nt bij deze praktijk geweest. En liep in die periode vaker vast dat ik niet serieus genomen werd. De praktijk is slecht bereikbaar. Het bandje dat de assistenten druk zijn staat erg vaak aan. Tussen de middag lange lunchpauzes en maar tot half 11 bereikbaar om een afspraak te maken. Anderzijds kwam ik met een serieuze lichamelijke klacht door een ziekte die ik afgelopen jaar gehad heb waarvoor ik een huisarts nodig had. Doordat ik in druk verkeer 10 min te laat kwam kon ik niet meer worden geholpen en moest dan maar een week wachten op een nieuwe afspraak. Alle andere keren was ik ruim op tijd en moest ik tussen de 15 en 30 min wachten omdat het spreekuur uitliep. Daar heb je dan als patiΓ«nt begrip voor en nu werd ik gewoon weggestuurd. Zonder ook maar te informeren hoe ernstig mijn klacht was. Deze huisartsenpraktijk treedt niet adequaat op. Niet gek dat hier nog meer slechte reviews te lezen zijn. Door het laatste vooral heb ik besloten over te stappen naar een andere huisarts.
I have been a patient at this practice for years. And I often got stuck in that period that I was not taken seriously. The practice is difficult to reach. The band that the assistants are busy is very often on. Long lunch breaks and only available until half past ten to make an appointment. On the other hand, I came up with a serious physical complaint due to an illness I had last year for which I needed a doctor. Because I was 10 minutes late in heavy traffic I could not be helped anymore and only had to wait a week for a new appointment. All other times I was well on time and I had to wait between 15 and 30 minutes because the office hours were delayed. As a patient you understand that and now I was just sent away. Without even informing how serious my complaint was. This general practice does not occur adequately. Not surprising that more bad reviews can be read here. Because of the latter, I decided to switch to a different doctor.

Everything that doesn't go well = everything that works there that doesn't fix anything gets worse & not normal reactions
My advice: visit GGD = NOW NEAR!

β β β β β My experience with the assistants is totally different than the ones I have seen here. They are friendly, they have excellent knowledge and help with a personal touch.
As for the group of GP's I can only say they are great. Knowledge is uptodate, bedside manners excellent, if you want a male or a female GP they are available. If they have an strange, difficult case they can fallback on each other. My wife and I have had happy visits but also very sad and serious consultations. I have been a patient for nearly 30 years I hope that they will be my GP's for the next 30 years.
Being a great GP is not a job, but a vocation, these group of great people prove that every day with every patient.

β β β β β The front desk assistants here are under educated.
I still remember the first time walking inside this building for an appointment. I wanted to check in for my appointment at the front desk, i stood there for nearly 5 minutes while they just stare at you and say nothing. I eventually just walked further inside to guide myself to a waiting room. Unbelievable.
I have had multiple issues with the assistents.
So that is why i will be signing in somewhere else asap.
The doctors are decent, but iβve seen better and worse.
