Op de huisartsenspoedposten komen mensen die kwetsbaar zijn. Doktersdienst Groningen wil dat een bezoek aan onze huisartsenspoedposten zo veilig mogelijk is. Daarom vragen wij je maximaal Γ©Γ©n begeleider mee te nemen.  Dat geldt ook voor kinderen. Een mondkapje dragen mag, maar is niet verplicht, tenzij je een afspraak hebt op de infectievleugel.

Unfortunately this is the only available ER clinic in Groningen, I wonder why. This was my worst experience ever in the Netherlands.

I was a bit skeptical at first since the reviews were quite negative, but to be honest, people are more likely to leave a negative review upon a bad experience than vice versa. I found this place really helpful with exceptionally friendly staff, the doctor was very polite and prescribed a highly efficient treatment. I've been very pleased and would definitely recommend this place in case of an emergency.

We sat down for 2 minutes and then I was called by the doctor personally, who was very friendly. I expect there are also times where you have to wait a long time but we cannot confirm that (we came on a Saturday). The staff was friendly too and paperwork went quickly eventhough we come from Germany.

The lowest of the low healthcare. There was blood on the floor in the waiting room where I had to wait for over an hour before I got called in. In the doctors office, there was blood all over the chair where I was supposed to sit, left by a previous patient! The doctor proceeded to listen to me, asked me β€œwhat my question is”, and then told me that I may have the influenza or corona, but there is nothing she can do. I was told to let β€œmy immune system do it’s job”. What great advice from a β€œmedical professional”! She resisted prescribing me paracetamol as it is β€œso expensive”, however, when I went to the pharmacy after having obtained the prescription, I realized it costs 1 euro!! The lack of seriousness, professionalism and patient care is embarrassing and not up to the standards of Western European countries. Pure disappointment and disgust at this facility.

Called with an emergency asking for advice out of insurance. Got told they can't do anything and didn't give me any advice. Got charged the 25 euro fee because why not, right? Just great, amazing care center...

I called at 10:35am & have called a few times now only to reach their voicemail. It is now 17:10 and I’ve received no call back. Little regard and care for their potential patients who need medical HELP! Worst emergency service I’ve ever encountered!

I am an international student in Groningen and I have no GP yet. I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my throat and tonsillitis for a week, so I had to get some medicine. The first time I called the receptionist, she told me they can’t help and that I should take paracetamol and her tone seemed to be irritated. Then I called again in two days, at around 4 am and another woman told me I could come immediately. The doctor was very nice, helpful and friendly and the receptionist was very welcoming as well. They helped me very quickly and I’m glad I can start my treatment with antibiotics; however, I feel like I could have been helped sooner, as during these two days my health got even worse.
