M	M_to_the_S (MellieMan) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben al sinds kleins af aan ingeschreven bij de Molenstraat. Altijd goed en vriendelijk geholpen. Wat ik erg fijn vind is dat er altijd een 3-4 tal vaste doktoren zijn, met andere woorden je hebt altijd 1 van deze 4 doktoren. Of als je er 2 hebt waar je, je het prettigste bij voelt, dan heb je altijd een vaste dokter. Dit vind ik persoonlijk erg belangrijk en fijn. Het enige nadeel is dat het inderdaad erg druk is en het soms wat langer duurt voordat je aan afspraak hebt, vooral als je bv twee favoriete doktoren hebt. Gelukkig voel ik me bij alle 4 de doktoren op mijn gemaakt, ze nemen allemaal de tijd en doen hun best. I have been registered at Molenstraat since childhood. Always good and friendly help. What I really like is that there are always 3-4 permanent doctors, in other words you always have 1 of these 4 doctors. Or if you have 2 that you feel most comfortable with, then you always have a regular doctor. I personally find this very important and nice. The only drawback is that it is indeed very busy and it sometimes takes a little longer before you have an appointment, especially if you have two favorite doctors, for example. Fortunately I feel at home with all 4 doctors, they all take the time and do their best.
B	Boettiehond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik, Astma patient, heb 1-3 keer per jaar last van matige tot ernstige rhinitus, benauwdheid en slijm ophoesten. Ik gebruik al 17 jaar (!!) dezelfde inhaler. Tijd voor evaluatie ? Gisteren heb ik de assistente gebeld. De arts gaat niet ongezien iets voorschrijven. Met deze klachten kom ik natuurlijk de praktijk niet in. Probeer het morgen nog een keer, dan leg ik het bij een andere arts neer. Vanmorgen 9.30 uur gebeld. Ik bel je z.s.m. terug. IK BEN NOOIT TERUGGEBELD !! Coronoteststraat was hier nog niet. I.v.m. onderliggende lijden is de GGD thuis komen testen. Uitslag negatief. Niet zo gek aangezien ik al 2 weken binnen zat vanwege de hitte. Een week later heb ik de huisarts weer gebeld. Bleek er al 5 dagen een antibiotica kuur klaar te liggen bij de apotheek. Dat schiet lekker op ! De andere arts had deze voorgeschreven maar de assistente heeft het nooit doorgegeven. Hij gaat lekker .... I, an asthma patient, suffer from moderate to severe rhinitis, shortness of breath and coughing up phlegm 1-3 times a year. I have been using the same inhaler for 17 years (!!). Time for evaluation? Yesterday I called the assistant. The doctor is not going to prescribe something unseen. Of course I do not come into practice with these complaints. Try again tomorrow and I'll leave it to another doctor. Called 9.30am this morning. I'll call you back. I NEVER BEEN CALLED BACK !! Coronoteststraat was not here yet. I.v.m. underlying suffering is the GGD at home to test. Result negative. Not surprising since I had been inside for 2 weeks because of the heat. A week later I called the doctor again. It turned out that an antibiotic treatment had been available at the pharmacy for 5 days. That makes good progress! The other doctor prescribed it, but the assistant never passed it on. He's going well ....
M	Matt van der Paal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9/10 keer miscommunicatie tussen huisarts-patiënt- assistent, bizar druk, zeer slecht te bereiken, alleen telefonisch met gigantische wachtrijen. 9/10 miscommunication between GP-patient-assistant, bizarrely busy, very difficult to reach, only by phone with huge queues.

Heel aardig maar om daarvoor nu 120 km te gaan rijden, lijkt me een beetje vreemd. Ga wel naar mijn eigen huisarts Haven't been a patient here for 68 years and yet I get a flu shot from this practice. Very nice, but to drive 120 km for that, seems a bit strange to me. Go to my own doctor
D	De Muis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zelf heb ik zeer goede ervaringen met Dr. Van Noort en praktijkassisente Lisette. Heel betrokken, empathisch, professioneel en deskundig. Ik kom zelf uit de Zorg, met vele artsen en disciplines gewerkt en kan dus_zodanig zeggen; dit zijn Toppers! Gr Yana I myself have had very good experiences with Dr. Van Noort and practice assistant Lisette. Very involved, empathetic, professional and knowledgeable. I myself come from healthcare, have worked with many doctors and disciplines and can therefore say_in this way; these are Toppers! Gr Yana
R	Ralph Savelsberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit is een prima huisartsenpraktijk. Helaas heeft ze last van personeelstekort en de wachttijden kunnen lang zijn (zowel aan de telefoon en in de wachtkamer). Het spreekuur kan soms flink uitlopen, maar dat is ook een consequentie van het feit dat de huisartsen, als dat nodig is, de tijd nemen hun patiënten wat langer te woord te staan. Wat mij betreft is dat het wachten waard. Het personeel is vriendelijk, de huisartsen zijn begripvol en ze houden prima dossiers bij, waardoor, als je niet iedere keer bij dezelfde arts terecht kunt, de arts die je spreekt wel goed op de hoogte is. Ik ben er sinds 11 jaar patiënt en ben in al die tijd altijd prima geholpen. This is an excellent GP practice. Unfortunately, she suffers from staff shortages and waiting times can be long (both on the phone and in the waiting room). The consultation hours can sometimes be long, but that is also a consequence of the fact that the general practitioners, if necessary, take the time to talk to their patients for a little longer. As far as I'm concerned, it's worth the wait. The staff is friendly, the GPs are understanding and they keep good records, so that if you can't go to the same doctor every time, the doctor you speak to is well informed. I have been a patient there for 11 years and have always been treated well in all that time.
