 Friendly and competent assistants, good GPs who look beyond other doctors (!!) & the practice is also easily accessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes it's the condescending tone and way of talking for me too, just disrespectful. I've said something about it to one of the assistants and almost the whole staff including one of the doctors turned against me, with some smooth and light condescending bullying. I'm in shock that they can get away with this type of behaviour towards their patients. In shock. So after a while I've switched to another medical practice.
