Deze dokterspraktijk heeft mijn volledige dossier opgestuurd naar mijn "nieuwe dokter" (was er nog niet over uit welke praktijk ik wou in me nieuwe woonwijk) ZONDER MIJN TOESTEMMING. Ongehoord! Absolutely not to be trusted! This doctor's office has sent my complete file to my "new doctor" (it was not yet clear from what practice I wanted in my new neighborhood) WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Unheard of!
P	Pinkie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer tevreden over deze huisartsenpraktijk. Uitstekende communicatie tussen medewerkers onderling binnen de praktijk. We kunnen altijd terecht bij onze eigen huisarts, die ons ook goed kent en volgt. Mijn man had laatst 's nachts de huisartsenpost gebeld en de volgende ochtend belde onze huisarts direct uit zich zelf met een afspraak een uur later. Als ik met de assistente bel volgt de huisarts dat ook en belt me indien hij me toch even wil zien. Echt TOP!! Very satisfied with this GP practice. Excellent communication between employees within the practice. We can always go to our own doctor, who also knows and follows us well. My husband had recently called the GP at night and the next morning our doctor called directly with an appointment an hour later. When I call the assistant, the doctor also follows up and calls me if he still wants to see me. Really TOP !!

Ik kom er niet uit, moet de orthopeed bellen. Waarom niet direct gedaan? Ik bel op volgende week op donderdag terug. Wegens omstandigheden kon ik niet opnemen. Ingesproken op mijn voicemail: u kunt bellen voor de uitslag. De volgende dag gebeld: "er lag een verwijsbrief klaar". Op de verwijsbrief stond: verwijzing sportgeneeskunde. Op mijn vraag waar ik dan moest zijn, was het antwoord: "google-en". Pas na aandringen kreeg ik een adres, waar ik kon vragen. Op verwijsbrief stond volgens de sportarts geen informatie, voor de uitslag moest ik weer bij de huisartsenpraktijk langskomen, natuurlijk kreeg ik de informatie mee. In plaats van het direct met de verwijsbrief mee te geven. Het duurde allemaal vreselijk lang, moeilijk bereikbaar en omslachtig.
