★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL was mijn pakket kwijt geraakt met de oordruppels voor onze hond. Aangezien we een paar dagen weg gingen, had ik deze echt nodig. Dus een email naar TopHond gestuurd. Al binnen een paar minuten een email terug met daarin het fijne nieuws, dat de druppels de volgende dag met post.nl opnieuw verzonden werden. TopHond ging het met DHL regelen. Echt super service!!!
 DHL had lost my package with the ear drops for our dog. Since we were leaving for a few days, I really needed this. So sent an email to TopHond. Already within a few minutes an email back with the good news that the drops were sent the next day with post.nl. TopHond arranged it with DHL. Really super service !!!
