First you will be welcomed in the 'werkplaats' for an appetizer..then you will be escorted to 'huisje James'. You will be picked up by a friendly driver by golfcar from the parking spot. Great service overall. Thanks team 'huisje James' for the magic evening. We'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While not being cheap it is definitely worth your money. For us it was the first time experiencing a proper formal dinner where you had people taking your coat and explaining all the sensations of the whines. They also offered a wide range of extra's to add to the 2 options in menu. Parties do not need to take the same dish together they can take whatever they like.
After your amazing dinner you can chill in the guest house untill you are ready to go home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spécial place. We loce the fact to seat for the first drink in the cosy and warm old barn. Then the second location (10m), the restaurant, is more modern and fresh atmosphere, but perfect combination to enjoy the very good food. Perfect service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huisje James is a fantastic restaurant with an incredible atmosphere, the homeliness and cozyness felt in the initial sitting area is a great starter to an evening you cannot forget in your life. The incredible dishes prepared precisely and with the bets local ingredients surprise me every time at how much great food is so close to home. I would recommend for everyone who has the budget to come here at least once a season.

A year later we went back, they changed a bit of the concept, you now get a suprise meal instead of a choice, offcoursw if you have allergies they will keep that in mind!
We again had a great dinner and an amazing experience again!
Amazing ambiance, great experience it doesn't just feel like a dinner it feels like a night out. The prices aren't cheap especially not for a restaurant without Michelin stars, but the food and experience makes well up for that!
