Ik heb via deze weg heel veel zelf gedaan inclusief rondleidingen en onderhandeld met bieders. Uiteindelijk bijna 25 procent boven de vraagprijs verkocht en zelf alle touwtjes in handen gehad. Super leuks ervaring! Ik hoeft maar te bellen en de begeleiding is daar. Perfect if you want to sell your house in the current housing market. Standard brokers are the most expensive and do little for the money they earn. I have done a lot myself through this road, including guided tours and negotiated with bidders. In the end sold almost 25 percent above the asking price and had everything in my own hands. Super fun experience! All I have to do is call and the guidance is there.

Bij klachten en vragen van mijn kant kreeg ik meest uiteenlopende excuses, vage antwoorden. Uiteindelijk was Huispromotie een dure grap omdat ze 0 hebben geleverd en niet aan restitutie doen. Mijn advies, een echte makelaar. In 2 weken 42 bezichtigingen gehad en huis verkocht. Huispromotie heeft 7 weken nodig, geen resultaat en je bent je geld kwijt.
