★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In voorjaar 2020 heeft mijn naaimachine een onderhoudsbeurt gekregen.In november 2020 kreeg mijn naaimachine kuren en omdat wij inmiddels verhuisd waren naar Breda,aldaar het machine weggebracht bij "de naaimachinezaak." Daar werd ernstig achterstallig onderhoud geconstateerd!
 My sewing machine was serviced in the spring of 2020. In November 2020 my sewing machine was given a cure and because we had moved to Breda, the machine was taken there at "the sewing machine store." Serious overdue maintenance was found there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Prym colorsnaps die ik heb gekocht bevatten geen enkele gebruiksaanwijzing dat het product onbruikbaar is met tricot stof. Ongeacht mijn voorbereiding met dubbel vlieseline ging de stof kapot bij het open en dicht maken van de sluiting.
The Prym color snaps that I have bought do not contain any instructions that the product cannot be used with tricot fabric. Regardless of my preparation with double nonwoven, the fabric broke when opening and closing the closure.

Toen het niet paste via email navraag gedaan en uitstekend advies gekregen over hoe dit op een andere manier op te lossen. Spoel teruggestuurd, binnen 3 dagen creditfactuur EN geld retour op mijn rekening. De naaimachine doet het weer. Deze mensen begrijpen hoe je via een webshop toch uitstekende klantenservice en advies kan geven. Petje af.
Bobbin case ordered, and within 2 days at home (nowhere so cheap). When it didn't fit, I inquired via email and received excellent advice on how to solve this in a different way. Flush returned, credit invoice AND money back to my account within 3 days. The sewing machine is working again. These people understand how you can still provide excellent customer service and advice via a webshop. Hats off.
