While I understand that orders now take longer than expected, due to the pandemic, it does not justify the fact that they never replied to my emails. I had sent three emails inquiring about my order's status and I never got a single answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products that Humade has developed so far, like New Kintsugi, are amazing. Original, conceptual and of high quality. The DIY kits are a must have. But I also buy those as a present for my international friends. And they love it too. I found out that Humade has developed these kits already in 2009. And they are selling it nowadays over the globe. So these products must be the best, I think. The kits are very complete and user friendly. And the deliveries are amazing fast. Recently I have bought the tectonic vase. Wow. So beautiful and original again and I love the story. Yes, I only can recommend Humade.
