Vervolgens kan je klagen wat je wilt, maar je gaat je gelijk niet krijgen. Inhoudelijke reacties zou ik ook niet verwachten. Ontzettend jammer dit. Zou graag een positieve review geven, maar ik vind dit de enige toepasselijke review wanneer je niet eerlijk behandeld wordt. Ook zeer jammer dat er tijdens het e-assesment wordt aangegeven dat er geen goed of fout is voor de persoonlijkheidsvragen, en dat deze naar waarheid ingevuld dienen te worden, waarna ze je dus leuk zonder pardon afwijzen op de ingevulde antwoorden. Als tip voor iedereen die een e-assesment maakt bij deze instantie: vul deze in naar wat de werkgever wilt horen, dan kun je in de interne selectieronde bij het bedrijf waar je hebt gesolliciteerd in ieder geval verder. Volgende situatie: De mevrouw aan de balie ook administratie medewerker komt vol stress uit haar kantoortje "meneer u bent hier in de kantine aan het bellen dit is volstrekt verboden zoals u dat eerder gemeld is, u mag niet gebruik maken van smartphones etc. tussen de testen door, u moet dan maar buiten bellen" Als u dit doet en klaar bent met bellen etc. komt mevrouw nogmaals gestrest naar u toe en vraagt u nogmaals de telefoon uit te zetten (welke bij mij in dit geval al uit stond). Volgende situatie: Er komen een aantal technische mensen binnen voor de defecte printer naast de kantine, deze mannen gaan opzettelijk hard bellen en de telefoon gaat ook enkele keren lang over. Een mevrouw (psycholoog?) in de kantine naast u neemt een steeds grotere smartphone daarna zelfs ipad achtig scherm ter beschikking om u erop te wijzen dat zij dit dan wel gewoon ksn doen. uw reactie zal hierop getoetst worden. Denk ik mij boeide het verder niet. Dit onderdeel staat alleen op de internet site van de human company en was verder niet aangekondigd of als test besproken achteraf. Ik ben al 16 jaar goed gekeurd zo'n rare keuring heb ik nooit eerder meegemaakt. Verder word er gebruik gemaakt van oude test apparatuur zoals beeld buis schermen. en oude niet goed werkende toetsenborden. Mijn werkgever werkt inmiddels niet meer samen met human company.
