★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, the food tastes really good (that’s why I gave it 1 extra star), but the delivery was a disaster. Here’s the thing, I placed an order on Ubereats with ETA at 11:55, but the staff delivery man only showed up at 12:50. During my almost 1 hour of waiting, I had to phone them twice to track my delivery. When the delivery man showed up, he only said sorry that’s because we deliver food by our own staff. I would really suggest them leave the job to the Ubereats couriers, at least they will make sure the food will be delivered on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was so excited to try this place after reading the reviews and I couldn't wait to eat authentic middle Easter food again. However, I am quite disappointed with the experience.
Starting with the pros, the dips and spreads are very refreshing and the veg was perfectly crunchy and fresh. Packaging was also a big plus, we love less plastic.
The cons did outweigh the pros though; I'm personally not a fan of chicken gristle, but I look past it if it's not in every bite, unfortunately it was pretty much in every bite of my chicken tenders; we also got an estimate of 5-25 minutes upon ordering and delivery ended up taking almost 3 hours, with us calling back and forth for an update. I get that things can get busy and fresh food takes time but an apology (at the least) would have been welcomed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wow! The owner was not lying when he said that all the ingredients were fresh. Delicious taste, fresh, healthy and good portions. Also very friendly staff, the guy at the counter gave me a Palestinian date while I was waiting, delicious. I would definitely order again.
