★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele slechte services in deze winkel, je voelt je geen klant en je krijt het gevoel alsof je het zelf moet uitzoeken. Jammer, wij zijn zelfs naar een ander filiaal gegaan.
Very bad services in this store, you don't feel like a customer and you get the feeling like you have to figure it out yourself. Too bad, we even went to another branch.

Wij wonen in Haarlem maar gaan speciaal naar het filiaal in Heemstede toe vanwege de service.
What a super nice helpful and friendly staff.
We live in Haarlem but especially go to the branch in Heemstede because of the service.

Ben zeer vriendelijk geholpen en er werd rustig de tijd voor me genomen. Voor mij reden om in de toekomst naar dit filiaal terug te keren. Ben ook meteen geslaagd voor een mooie sportbroek, dus al met al uitstekende ervaring!
I always had trouble finding the right size, until I was helped by Sandra in this store. Since then no more problems and very satisfied. I was helped very kindly and they took time for me. Reason for me to return to this branch in the future. I also immediately passed for a nice pair of shorts, so all in all an excellent experience!
