★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Winkel in hgv is prima. maar de service van hunkemoller zelf niet! zodra het product niet goed is en een nieuwe besteld is vanuit de winkel gaat het waardeloos! Geen nieuwe bh binnen gekregen maar wel m'n geld kwijt! Klantenservice is niet te bereiken. Kreeg het advies van de winkel om het via fb te proberen omdat hun ook geen inzicht hebben waar mijn bh blijft. Maar ze doen af met "kijk het nog maar even aan, kan wel 14 dagen nog duren. Alvast bedankt voor je geduld." Slaat nergens op! Ik wil gewoon een goede bh die ze voor mij besteld hebben of ik wil mijn geld terug! En ook geen waardebon wand het product deugde niet. (Probleem met de stiksels)
Shop in hgv is fine. but not the service from hunkemoller itself! as soon as the product is not good and a new one has been ordered from the store, it is worthless! Didn't receive a new bra but lost my money! Customer service cannot be reached. Was advised by the store to try it via fb as they also have no insight where my bra is. But they end with "just look at it, it could take up to 14 days. Thanks in advance for your patience." Does not make any sense! I just want a good bra they ordered for me or I want my money back! And no coupon wall, the product was no good. (Problem with the stitching)
