Super Fine helped. Despite the crowds, Tessa had all the time and attention for the customers and gave us good advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medewerker (zwart haar en bril en heel verbitterd) was heel klantonvriendelijk. Zeggen tegen je klant (die alleen maar vergeten was dat ze een membercard heeft) “ik word hier zo moe van” vind ik absoluut niet kunnen, haar collega (wat jongere meid met blond haar) deed gewoon mee met de klantonvriendelijkheid. In mijn geval zou de klant koning zijn. Ik kom hier nooit meer terug.
Employee (black hair and glasses and very bitter) was very customer unfriendly. Saying to your customer (who had only forgotten that she has a member card) "I'm getting so tired of this" is absolutely impossible, her colleague (a little younger girl with blond hair) just joined in with the customer unfriendliness. In my case, the customer would be king. I'm never coming back here.
