★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooi appartementen. Uitzicht over rivier de noord. Je hoort wel de brug als je op het balkon zit. Netjes onderhouden. Doordat alle verdieping "schuin" boven elkaar staan kan je van boven mooi meekijken bij de onderburen. Zoals je onder het afdak blijft zitten heb je wat prive.
Het geluid van de brug is afhankelijk van het appartement waar je woont. Naast de brug hoor je alles. Eind van het gebouw hoor je weinig tot niets.
De hal, traphuisen, lift en galerijen worden goed onderhouden.
Nice apartments. View over the river north. You can hear the bridge when you sit on the balcony. Well maintained. Because all floors are "diagonally" above each other, you can have a nice look at the downstairs neighbors from above. As you stay under the shelter you have some privacy.
The noise from the bridge depends on the apartment where you live. You can hear everything next to the bridge. At the end of the building you hear little or nothing.
The hall, stairwells, elevator and galleries are well maintained.
