Net nadat ik getekend had kwam er onverwacht een koophuis op mijn pad en wilde ik me om die redenen uit de koop terugtrekken. Met volledig begrip en medewerking mocht ik de koop ontbinden. Als ik in de toekomst financiële ruimte over heb, zal ik zeker weer contact met ze opnemen. Honest and pleasant contact. Several times (at my request) I received a thorough explanation about a piece of land to be invested. Just after I signed, a house for sale unexpectedly came my way and for those reasons I wanted to withdraw from the sale. With full understanding and cooperation I was allowed to cancel the sale. If I have any financial space left in the future, I will definitely contact them again.

Het proces, de risico’s en alle in’s en out’s werden duidelijk en transparant uitgelegd. Uiteindelijk besloten om voor nu nog niet te investeren. Maar als dit in de toekomst veranderd dan zal dat zeker bij HVC zijn. Last weeks I had contact with HVC about the possibilities of investing in land.
