★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe 2020 online ein Office-Produkt inkl. Key gekauft, installiert und seitdem problemlos genutzt. Nach W10-Neuinstallation meines PC's musste ich natürlich auch dieses Office-Produkt neu installieren, was aber offensichtlich zu Registrierungsproblemen bei MS führte.
Nach meine E-Mail-Anfrage im Mediashop wurde mir prompt geantwortet und das Problem gelöst. Das war absolut löblich. Super!
I bought an Office product online in 2020, including a key, installed it and have been using it without any problems since then. After reinstalling my PC with W10, I naturally had to reinstall this Office product as well, but this obviously led to registration problems with MS.
After my e-mail inquiry in the media shop, I received a prompt reply and the problem was solved. That was absolutely laudable. Excellent!
