★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hwa Rang Do is een zeer uitgebreide vechtkunst met stoot- en traptechnieken, wapentraining en grondgevechten. Later in het curriculum komen ook drukpunten en gewrichtsmanipulaties aan bod. Het belangrijkste is echter het overwinnen van jezelf.
In Vlissingen wordt de training gegeven door de hoogste rang in Nederland, Alex Krijger die de vechtkunst in 1994 naar Nederland bracht, aan een kleine doch gedreven groep.
 Hwa Rang Do is a very elaborate martial art with punch and kick techniques, weapon training and ground combat. Later in the curriculum pressure points and joint manipulations are also discussed. Most important, however, is overcoming yourself.
In Vlissingen, the training is given by the highest rank in the Netherlands, Alex Krijger who brought the martial arts to the Netherlands in 1994, to a small but driven group.

De hoofdinstructeur van de vereniging heeft zeer veel kennis van deze unieke vechtkunst en geeft al meer dan 20 jaar les. Ik raad deze vereniging en martial art aan, aan iedereen die serieus op zoek is naar een traditionele en complete vechtkunst.
Hwa Rang Do Vlissingen is a cozy, warm association where humor and serious training are well combined. The main instructor of the association has a great deal of knowledge of this unique martial art and has been teaching for more than 20 years. I recommend this association and martial art to anyone who is seriously looking for a traditional and complete martial art.
