★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb al vele producten van Hydrowear gehad en gebruikt. Altijd tevreden geweest. Sommigen zijn jaren oud. Nu heb ik eind februari dit jaar een regen overall aangeschaft. Deze de 1e week van maart 1× gedragen. Hij lekt aan de rits van voor; aan de capuchon van achter(rug was compleet nat; niet vochtig) Winkel natuurlijk gesloten i.v.m pandemie. Na een paar maanden terug naar de winkel. Overall 2 maanden kwijt. Nou ja,wat heb ik er aan?Na 2 maanden krijg ik te horen; Het is mijn eigen schuld, ik had eerder terug moeten komen, geen garantie vanuit de fabriek meer. Plus; er is niets mis mee!! Waar komt mijn natte kleding van voor én achter dan vandaan? Sorry maar daar is dit product te duur voor. We stappen over naar een ander merk.
I have had and used many Hydrowear products before. Always been satisfied. Some are years old. Now I bought rain overalls at the end of February this year. Worn 1 × in the 1st week of March. It leaks on the zipper from the front; at the hood from behind (back was completely wet; not damp) Store closed of course due to pandemic. After a few months back to the store. Overall lost 2 months. Well, what's in it for me? After 2 months I get to hear; It's my own fault, I should have come back earlier, no more factory warranty. Plus; there is nothing wrong with it !! Where will my wet clothes come from in front and behind? Sorry but this product is too expensive for that. We are switching to another brand.
