★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Ik twijfelde of dit programma wel iets voor me zou zijn omdat ik best een beetje argwanend was ten opzichte van hypnose. Toch was ik nieuwsgierig en mijn nieuwsgierigheid won. En wat ben ik daar blij om. Het programma geeft veel inzichten over “oude” patronen en hoe zij zijn ontstaan. En daarmee ook handvatten hoe ik ze kan oplossen. Met de zelfhypnose sessie en de liefdevolle aandacht van Brigit is dit zeker een aanrader!
 “I wasn't sure if this program would be for me because I was a little suspicious of hypnosis. Still, I was curious and my curiosity won. And how happy I am about that. The program provides a lot of insights about “old” patterns and how they originated. And with that also tips on how I can solve them. With the self-hypnosis session and the loving attention of Brigit, this is definitely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Birgit heeft een duidelijk doel voor ogen met haar hypnose en deze vormt ze door voorafgaande interviews waarbij ze haar patient scherp observeert. Ik zie al kleine veranderingen (de sessie reeks is nog maar net afgesloten) als uitwerking van de hypnose, maar ook deze interviews vooraf hebben een inzichtelijk effect. Ik heb het volste vertrouwen dat ik deze effecten versterkt ga zien op de langere termijn. Ingrid is een persoon met visie en kunde.
Ze is een persoon waarbij ik me snel heb thuis gevoeld en ik voelde mij veilig om zeer openhartig mijn verhaal te doen.
Om oud zeer op te ruimen en eindelijk korte metten te maken met vastgeroeste overtuigingen, beveel ik de kunde van Ingrid ten zeerste aan.
Birgit has a clear goal in her hypnosis and that it is through preliminary interviews in which she observes her patient focus. I can see small changes (session series has just ended) as an elaboration of the hypnosis, but these interviews in advance a clear effect. I am confident that I amplified these effects are going to see in the longer term. Ingrid is a person with vision and skill.
She is a person I've felt at home quickly and I felt safe to do very frank my story.
For very old on clearing and finally to make short work of firm convictions, I commend Ingrid's skills highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentelijk heb ik een traject van drie sessies doorlopen bij Birgit. Ik wist vooraf niet goed wat ik moest verwachten van hypnotherapie en vroeg me af hoe je in slechts drie sessies een transformatie kon maken. Nou, het kan. Ik heb het in elk geval ervaren! Met precies de juiste vragen kwam Birgit snel tot de kern. En de hypnose zelf voelde bijzonder ontspannend. Het traject heeft me op heel veel vlakken geholpen, zowel persoonlijk als professioneel. Wat mij betreft een absolute aanrader als je op een eenvoudige manier meer regie over je leven wil nemen.
Recently I went through a process of three sessions with Birgit. I wasn't sure what to expect from hypnotherapy beforehand and wondered how you could make a transformation in just three sessions. Well, you can. At least I experienced it! Birgit quickly got to the heart of the matter with just the right questions. And the hypnosis itself felt very relaxing. The process has helped me in many ways, both personally and professionally. In my opinion, an absolute must if you want to take more control over your life in a simple way.
