★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Donderdag 12 december naar Aaltje geweest voor hypnose. Wou van het "snoepen en snaaien" af. Al jaren last van een jojo-effect en zat van allerlei diëten. Na het intake-gesprek bij Aaltje gelijk onder hypnose gegaan. Vanaf dag 1 niet meer gesnoept en gesnaaid. Sinds 12 december al 4 kilo en 2 ons afgevallen, echt superblij mee.

 Thursday 12 December I went to Aaltje for hypnosis. Wanted to "eat and sniff". Been suffering from a yo-yo effect for years and was fed up with all kinds of diets. Immediately after the intake interview at Aaltje went under hypnosis. No more snapping and snapping from day 1. We have already lost 4 kilos and 2 ounces since 12 December, really happy with it.
