★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na veel manieren van afvallen geprobeerd te hebben, diëten en verslavingsprotocol, had ik begin januari mijn eerste sessie (van 3) bij Saskia. En wat een effect had dat zeg! Ik kreeg een enorme energie boost en voel sindsdien geen enkele hunkering meer naar chocola en vet eten. In de tweede sessie werd de virtuele maagband geplaatst. Daarna vlogen de kilo's er af. Ik kan daadwerkelijk minder eten. Het fijne is dat ik eigenlijk helemaal niet meer met eten bezig ben, voel nergens dat ik iets niet meer zou mogen eten. Voel vooral wat ik wel wil eten en dat is verbazingwekkend gezond. Saskia is echt een aanrader! Ontspannen, neemt de tijd, warm, laat gebeuren wat er wil gebeuren.
After trying many ways to lose weight, dieting and addiction protocol, I had my first session (of 3) at Saskia in early January. And what an effect that had! I got a huge energy boost and since then I don't feel any cravings for chocolate and fat food anymore. The virtual gastric band was placed in the second session. Then the pounds flew off. I can actually eat less. The good thing is that I am actually not eating anymore, I don't feel that I should eat anything anymore. Feel especially what I want to eat and that is amazingly healthy. Saskia is really recommended! Relaxed, take the time, warm, let happen what happens.
