Bad service, does not comply with the refund period by law and uses blackmail to remove bad reviews. From the moment I ordered, I had to keep asking for updates about my order (they didn't update me). This continued the same way after the cancellation of my order, this time about my refund. Eventually I received message, I would get my money back within a week, but the refund didn't take place. The emails I sent about me not receiving my refund didn't get any reply, while they always replied to me in the past. This gave me the feeling I was being scammed (not receiving my refund and being ignored). The legal reimbursement period of 14 days passed without any feedback and refund from Hypostore, so I decided to share my story through reviews. Hypostore replied saying they'd only like to investigate if something went wrong with the payment but not before I have removed my reviews. I responded that they've violated the EU law and I still didn't receive my refund, after this message I suddenly got my money back, again without any reaction from Hypostore. I never received any message from Hypostore indicating they wanted to resolve the matter at hand, had made a mistake, and there never was an apology. I have gotten serious doubts about how this company operates. P.S.: When I ordered the item it was in stock (2-10 days delivery) according to Hypostore.nl and after 5 weeks I was told that the item couldn't be delivered, after weeks of inquiring. Nederlands: Slechte service, houdt zich niet aan de wettelijke terugbetaaltermijn en gebruikt chantage om slechte reviews te laten verwijderen. Vanaf het moment dat ik heb besteld moest ik steeds naar mijn bestelling informeren, dit bleek vervolgens na de annulering bij de terugbetaling op dezelfde manier te gaan. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik de mededeling het geld binnen een week terug te krijgen, maar de betaling bleef uit. Op mijn mails dat ik de betaling niet had ontvangen werd niet gereageerd (terwijl ik daarvoor wel altijd reactie kreeg). Dit gaf mij het gevoel dat ik was opgelicht. De wettelijke terugbetaaltermijn van 14 dagen verstreek zonder enige terugkoppeling van Hypostore, dus besloot ik mijn verhaal via reviews te delen. Daarop reageerde Hypostore: "Ik wil best even onderzoeken of er iets mis is gegaan met de betaling maar niet voordat u deze reviews verwijderd heeft." Na mijn reactie dat zij in overtreding waren had ik eindelijk mijn geld terug, eveneens zonder enige reactie van Hypostore. Nooit een bericht van Hypostore ontvangen wat een indicatie geeft dat ze de zaak wilden oplossen, een fout hadden gemaakt en geen enkel excuus. Ik heb grote vraagtekens bij de werkwijze van dit bedrijf. p.s.: Toen ik het artikel bestelde was deze volgens Hypostore.nl op voorraad (2-10 dagen levertijd) en na 5 weken kreeg ik na weken lang navragen te horen dat het artikel niet leverbaar was.

Customer Service = 0. I ordered and paid a rug on 4 March. The delivery time was declared with 2-10 days. After a few days I received a Mail, which told me that the rug will arrive on 29 May. That wasn't cool, but it was okay for me. Right now it's the 6 of June and the rug isn't there. I contacted the customer service on 1 June and there isn't any reaction at all. This will be my last order in this store! Edit: They updated the delivery date for the rug to 31 august, good joke. After a friend called them for me, they send me a voucher and give me the money back.

Terrible service!!! I had ordered Christmas presents with them in November. I didn't hear anything, so I got in touch telling them how urgent it was and to please send whatever was in store. Again, I didn't hear from them and 3 days later I asked again and kept calling the store. They eventually sent my items, which took over a week to come and were too late! Now I am away for 3 weeks, so the package will be returned and I have to buy additional presents. Nobody seemed to care particularly about the urgency. Very disappointing...

I don’t normally leave reviews but I definitely do in this case. I went in today for a boot fitting and the service from Nicole was just perfect! She was thorough, answered my every question and went to so much trouble to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. She was also super lovely, and was more than happy to speak English, which I really appreciated. I couldn’t have asked for more. I’ve also ordered many things from Hypostore online, and they’re super prompt with their delivery and keep you updated with the expected delivery dates. It has absolutely everything you could think of and in my opinion, it really is one of the best horse stores I’ve ever encountered. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
