β β β β β Beyond happy and grateful to have stumbled upon the team of Hypotheek Visie Eindhoven. I had countless appointments with banks and different mortgage advisors in the city, that brought me to a huge disappointment.
My last hope was the appointment we had scheduled with the company and I was very pleasantly surprised. I had the opportunity to meet and work with Gudie Kusters for our mortgage arrangement. It was hard for me and my partner since we were both foreigners. He really looked at our personal situation and managed to understand us from just a couple of sentences, unlike all of our other experiences. They work with a large variety of banks, from and outside of the Netherlands and are able to match your requirements with those of the banks to find the right one for you.
Communication was efficient. Despite the fact, that we did not speak Dutch, we managed to complete the documentation and buy the house and move in within a couple of months. I have to also mention that we had made our research and had gathered all the documents in advance, before our meeting, which also contributed to the fast execution.
The team was really helpful, whenever we had any questions they made sure they helped in any way possible.
We used their service for all the insurance needed for the house and some personal ones. I would like to thank Niels van Gemert for the great service he provided us.
And to thank Kelly Segers for the support throughout the whole process.
To conclude, an amazing team of intelligent professionally behaving and kind people which I will always remember for the experience of purchasing my first house.
