★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tevreden over de afgesloten hypotheek en voorwaarden,niet blij met de afhandeling van een administratieve fout,die ik zelf,het weekend voor het passeren bij de notaris moest rechtzetten.Notaris gaf fout toe maar,Hypotheek Huys hield het op een verschil van mening !,jammer
Satisfied with the concluded mortgage and conditions, not happy with the settlement of an administrative error, which I myself, the weekend before passing at the notary had to correct. Notary admitted error but, Mortgage Huys held it to a difference of opinion! Unfortunately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marchel en zijn team waren voor mij geen onbekende, zij hadden mij en mijn broer geholpen met de aankoop van ons eerste huis.
Bij de aankoop van mijn tweede woning wist ik dan ook zeker dat ik dit via Marchel en zijn team wilde regelen. Dit terwijl we (ik en mijn vriend) een huis zochten in Deventer ver van de regio waar zij normaal in werken.
Alles is heel duidelijk overlegt en er werd heel goed gekeken naar onze situatie er werd alleen maar in oplossingen en mogelijkheden gedacht. Gezien de coronacrisis en de onzekerheid van mijn baan destijds (horeca) is alles toch goedgekomen.
Ik en mijn vriend willen ook in het bijzonder een van de werknemers van Marchel bedanken: Nadia.
Wat heeft zij zich voor ons ingezet!
Super aardig, we konden haar altijd mailen kregen tijdig antwoord terug en we hadden het gevoel alsof ze onze situatie persoonlijk nam en er alles voor deed om het rond te krijgen.
Inmiddels een paar maanden later en ik en mijn vriend wonen heerlijk in het mooie Deventer.
Marchel ik ben je dankbaar.
Marchel and his team were no stranger to me, they had helped me and my brother with the purchase of our first house.
When I bought my second home, I was sure that I wanted to arrange this through Marchel and his team. This while we (me and my boyfriend) were looking for a house in Deventer far from the region where they normally work.
Everything was discussed very clearly and our situation was looked at very carefully and only thought in terms of solutions and possibilities. Given the corona crisis and the insecurity of my job at the time (catering), everything turned out fine.
Me and my friend would also like to thank one of the Marchel employees in particular: Nadia.
What has she done for us!
Super nice, we could always email her and got a response back in time and we felt like she took our situation personally and did everything she could to sort it out.
A few months later and me and my boyfriend live wonderfully in beautiful Deventer.
