Naar aanleiding van de onderstaande review is er contact geweest op initiatief van Wittenberg. Hierin hebben ze excuses aangeboden voor de gang van zaken. Uw review wordt vast de bevestiging dat het niet meer voorkomt!
De verkoper die wij troffen was nog erg jong en dat was duidelijk te merken. Er worden allerlei smoesjes gebruikt en als je daar terugkoppeling op geeft omdat iedereen het vak moet leren kan er zelfs geen reactie op je mail vanaf. Daarnaast worden er afspraken gemaakt om documenten op de mail te zetten en fouten te corrigeren maar dat wordt niet gedaan.

The seller we met was still very young and that was clearly noticeable. All kinds of excuses are used and if you give feedback because everyone has to learn the trade, you can't even respond to your mail. In addition, agreements are made to put documents on the mail and to correct errors, but that is not done.
