Meneer Ibis zegt van alles toe, maar doet heel erg weinig.
 Consistently don't stick to agreements - we still need the key back, too.
Mr. Ibis says everything, but does very little.

You cannot possibly make an appointment with this man. He just doesn't follow them. Had a signed order and 24 in advance he says he has another party.my damage at the moment €3500
