β β β β β We hebben verleden week een keuken besteld bij I-KOOK Den Haag.
Ik ben geholpen door keukencoach : Awinash Bandhoe.
Hij dacht goed mee, en luisterde goed naar wat onze wensen waren.
En gaf ons gewoon een fijn gevoel.
Dit omdat het toch een voor mij groot bedrag gaat.
En omdat je zoiets niet iedere dag doet, was ik best zenuwachtig.
Maar ik ging er met een goed gevoel weg.
Eind November wordt de keuken geplaatst dus wordt vervolgd.

Last week we ordered a kitchen from I-KOOK The Hague.
I was helped by kitchen coach : Awinash Bandhoe.
He thought along well, and listened carefully to what our wishes were.
And just made us feel good.
This is because it is a large amount for me.
And because you don't do something like that every day, I was quite nervous.
But I left with a good feeling.
The kitchen will be installed at the end of November, so to be continued.

β β β β β Normaalgesproken schrijf ik niet snel een review. Maar wat er bij ons gebeurd is, wens ik echt niemand toe. In 2017 bij I-KOOK Den Haag een keuken gekocht en sindsdien zijn er alleen maar gebreken. De keukenkastjes, de koelkast, de oven en de vaatwasser moesten vervangen worden door slechte kwaliteit en allerlei problemen. Dit heeft jaren geduurd.
Nu zit er sinds 3 jaar een breuk in het keukenblad terwijl er gezegd werd dat dit een van de beste kwaliteit keukenblad was. Er werden allerlei beloftes gedaan, maar niks meer gehoord. Zelfs niet na bellen en mailen. Wat bleek later? Diegene die ons zou helpen, werkte daar niet eens meer! Dit was niet naar ons gecommuniceerd en niemand die het oppakte.
Pas in maart 2021 was er een monteur langsgekomen om een spul erin te doen om te voorkomen dat de breuk verder groeit. Maar de breuk is verder gegroeid. Water lekt nu ook naar de onderkant naar de vaatwasser. In augustus weer gebeld en gemaild, maar geen reactie. Vorige maand weer gemaild zowel naar I-KOOK Den Haag als info I-KOOK, maar nog steeds geen reactie van I-KOOK! Diegene die onze zaak had opgepakt nadat zijn collega weg was, reageert ook niet meer! Wellicht is hij ook weg?
Hoe dan ook, dit is echt schandalig. Van zo een dure keuken mag je wel meer verwachten. Ook een betere service zou mogen!
Normally I don't write a review quickly. But I wouldn't wish on anyone what happened to us. Bought a kitchen at I-KOOK The Hague in 2017 and since then there have only been defects. The kitchen cabinets, the refrigerator, the oven and the dishwasher had to be replaced due to poor quality and all kinds of problems. This has taken years.
Now there has been a break in the kitchen worktop for 3 years, while it was said that this was one of the best quality kitchen worktops. All kinds of promises were made, but nothing more was heard. Not even after calling and emailing. What turned out later? Whoever would help us didn't even work there anymore! This was not communicated to us and no one picked it up.
It wasn't until March 2021 that a mechanic came by to put a stuff in it to prevent the fracture from growing further. But the split has continued to grow. Water now also leaks to the bottom to the dishwasher. Called and emailed again in August, but no response. Emailed again last month to both I-KOOK The Hague and info I-KOOK, but still no response from I-KOOK! The person who picked up our case after his colleague left, is no longer responding either! Maybe he's gone too?
Anyway, this is really outrageous. You can expect more from such an expensive kitchen. Also a better service could be!

β β β β β Na 1,5 jaar toch maar besloten na alle frustratie deze review te schrijven. Hopelijk bespaar ik hier een ander veel teleurstelling mee. Aankoop ging heel voorspoedig maar na betaling was het één grote ellende. Levertijd bleek 3 maanden uitgesteld alleen dit was niet gecommuniceerd waardoor de oude keuken al was verwijderd. Na aandringen een noodkeukenblok geplaatst door Ikook met alleen warm? water. Uiteindelijk onvolledige levering, 2 x lekkage na aansluiting en tot op heden nog steeds niet volledig afgerond. Inmiddels minimaal 10 keer bezoek gehad van monteurs die niet goed waren geΓ―nformeerd en niets konden doen omdat de materialen niet of onvolledig waren geleverd. Telefonisch niet bereikbaar, wordt nooit teruggebeld, op mails wordt niet gereageerd. Kortom slechte communicatie, zeer slechte bereikbaarheid en waardeloze service. Inmiddels al ruim 1,5 jaar bezig om het te kunnen afronden, helaas nog steeds niet gelukt!
After 1.5 years I decided after all the frustration to write this review. Hopefully I'll save someone else a lot of disappointment with this one. Purchase went very well but after payment it was one big misery. Delivery time appeared to be delayed by 3 months, only this was not communicated so that the old kitchen had already been removed. After insisting, an emergency kitchen unit placed by Ikook with only warm? water. Ultimately incomplete delivery, 2 x leakage after connection and to date still not fully completed. We have now had at least 10 visits from technicians who were not well informed and could not do anything because the materials had not been delivered or were incomplete. Not available by phone, never called back, emails are not answered. In short, poor communication, very poor accessibility and lousy service. Been working on it for over 1,5 years now to be able to finish it, unfortunately still not succeeded!

β β β β β Messy inaccurate installation of a beautifully designed kitchen. After 6 months the doors are not anymore closing well - and customer service still promising for three months already to call and make an appointment. Reminding every month- does not help. Absolutely unacceptable service. Not recommended.

Update: they promised on 26th Sep, service team will contact us for solutions but now is 27th Sep and STILL NO ONE CALL.

β β β β β I experienced the worst customer service with this company. I found that there is a policy in I-kook that customer shall align themselves with their operation than they to customer's request. I visited this branch and ask for repair service for my kitchen faucet bought from them. the person there assisted us and also left a note in their system that somebody from their company contact and arrange for inspection and repair. I have not received any call and after three days i called to follow up and a new person told me that his colleague did not leave any notes and he is on leave and you have to wait till he comes. it was a surprise that the new person explained the service i can have completely different than the first person explained. at the end the conclusion was to wait till their colleague comes back from vacation and speak to him again. It is interesting that my problem is water leakage from the kitchen faucet i bought from them and i have to wait one week for one person to come back from vacation and restart the talk again.

β β β β β Knowledgeable staff, friendly and efficient at first. Everything went well during designing. This is my 1st time buying a kitchen, I never knew that delivery and installation were 2 separate days and they only told me 2 days before delivery, I had to rush the kitchen prep work for it and reschedule delivery by 1 day. Then the installation technician came. There were mistakes on the countertop, which is the most expensive in the whole package (sink cut out was too small, had to be recut on site, cooking stove cut out was too small, had to be recut, countertop too long and had to be recut).
Then the oven which we picked was shipped together with a containing unit that is way too small, it wont fit. At the moment of writing, the oven is still lying in my livingroom doing nothing. The dishwasher had a sagging cutlery tray that will always crash into the bowls below on the right side, and after the first 2 test runs, it gave me an error code related to PCB/motor failure both times. The LED lights have fallen off the cabinets. It's been 1 week after the installtion and I have not received a definitive solution from the salesman despite 4 consecutive emails and a phone call to their office. I only received a quick call back saying "we're waiting for the report from the installer before we can do anything". I dont know how normal customers would react, but 1 week of hearing nothing, no update via any channel, is a red flag for me. If you're looking to spend β¬10K+ in a kitchen package, I would steer you away from I-kook.
