Vooraf konden we de verwachtingen uitspreken, profielen aanscherpen, werden we doorlopend op de hoogte gehouden van de status en konden we tussentijds bijsturen of teksten veranderen. De communicatie met de kandidaten konden we ook zelf doen waardoor er geen vervelende 'lock-in' of 'prestatiebonus' is zoals bij vrijwel alle andere recruitment bureaus. Vanaf nu werken wij alleen nog met I-recruiting samen! Thanks to a great collaboration, we were able to fill almost all vacancies at Ticketcounter in a short time. In advance we were able to express expectations, sharpen profiles, were continuously informed of the status and we could make adjustments or change texts in the meantime. We were also able to do the communication with the candidates ourselves, so there is no annoying 'lock-in' or 'performance bonus' as with almost all other recruitment agencies. From now on we only work with I-recruiting!
