Kan ze altijd bellen voor vragen, doen ze niet moeilijk over en dat voor 1 vast bedrag per maand. heel fijn want geen verassingen meer. Deze jongens (en meisjes) begrijpen hoe het moet zodat wij ons kunnen bezig houden met ondernemen ipv boekhouding. top Nice club to work with. Fast, customer-oriented & personal contact. Everything is digital and immediately insight into your accounting. She can always call for questions, they do not difficult about and that for 1 fixed amount per month. very nice because no more surprises. Vanaf dag één krijg je persoonlijke begeleiding en word je stap voor stap wegwijs gemaakt in de online software. Dat doen ze echt heel goed. Daarna is er een team van twee mensen waar je altijd bij terecht kunt. In mijn geval zijn dat Manon en Tim. Manon heeft mij onlangs geholpen met een prognose voor een aanvraag van bedrijfsfinanciering. Dat wordt snel en grondig gedaan met een goede onderbouwing. Uit eigen ervaring weet ik dat je niet snel overstapt van accountant, of administratiekantoor maar ik ben heel tevreden dat ik het toch heb gedaan en nu samenwerk met IBEO! I waited too long to switch to IBEO and that is a shame, I should have done it years earlier. From day one you will receive personal guidance and you will be familiarized with the online software step by step. They do that really well. After that there is a team of two people that you can always contact. In my case, those are Manon and Tim. Manon recently helped me with a forecast for a corporate finance application. This is done quickly and thoroughly with proper substantiation. I know from my own experience that you do not quickly switch from accountant or administration office, but I am very satisfied that I did it anyway and am now working with IBEO!
