Parking is slightly expensive and the rooms are small but overall very good.

Okay, we didn't die so I guess it's worth more than 1 star. Biggest issue first, we arrived after paying for the room and got asked to pay a 30/something euro tax, which is both inconvenient, and a minor drain to our dinner budget - if the room was maybe 4 euros more per night, it'd have included said tax, and I wouldn't have gotten upset over my 30 euros (which isn't huge, but with my small student budget, rather annoying) On the website we booked, it said "including breakfast" which had me thinking the price I paid includes breakfast, right? Wrong. The hotel has breakfast options, but you still pay for them. We had some issues with the room getting cleaned (it wasn't clean, it was just reorganized) sheets were redone but had brown stains on them... Yuck.. The TV remote was out of batteries and while calling about a replacement our call disconnected, so I called again, got replacement batteries, turned on the tv and... Was rewarded with dutch TV.. Tell me again why someone who isn't a native Dutch speaker would enjoy this? (minor inconvenience) Then I accidentally dropped a nut I found (the mechanical kind - I was figuring out what device it came from) under the radiator, I reached down and my hand got tangled in this ancient, disgusting ball of hair. It was then that I noticed some of the panels weren't flush with the wall, and an older layer of paint along with some pipes were slightly exposed, the TV didn't fit in its frame, the entire room looked like it needed some "handyman-tlc" It was still OK, however, it definitely added to my feeling of having spent more than I deemed the room to be worth. (insignificant) We ended up having several bags of trash laying around due to lack of a proper bin (the tiny one in the bathroom was full to the brim constantly) I realize I'm perhaps being a little harsh, but I just wanted to note everything that I've had issues with. Aside from this, the wifi was very decent, and the beds, although being very lightweight and moving easily, were also very soft and quite comfortable. The single radiator, though taking some time to initially heat up, kept the room nice and warm.

Good hotel, the room was quite small but the breakfast was great.

Clean, friendly, and efficient hotel at a good price. Another star granted because they accept dogs, which too many hotels in the Netherlands do not.

Paper thin mattress made it impossible for me to sleep, also the room was extremely hot and even though I turned the heater off it didn’t cool down.

Check in was easy and everyone at the hotel was very helpful and accommodating during my stay.

Modern, clean and well-maintained hotel. Cozy reading corner near the bar beside the lobby. TVs near the bar counter keep guests up to date with current events. Comfortabele bed, bathroom with shower and wc. good value for money.

Everything very basic and the rooms smelled muffy and like cigarettes. If you pay 100€ for a room you may expect more. the hotel clearly needs an upgrade
